My App says I am running a trial version when I have the free personal version

When I go to my account online, it shows my license as the free version. But the app on my desktop will not let me use the application because it says I am running the trial version and it has expired. I have tried numerous times to uninstall and re-install and nothing is working. Every time I re-install it says trial has expired. I have cleared all TeamViewer data off my computer and it still won't work. I am beyond frustrated. I can't even get ahold of customer service because that's only for their paid members. Does anyone know what to do, I feel like I have tried everything.
