disable 2FA on account please

Hi,

I'm having issues to logon into my account: [removed by a moderator to protect the privacy].

My phone got stolen a while ago and I'm unable to login into my account since I activated 2FA :-(

Since I'm using a license for personal use support cannot help me to disable this, they suggested to send a PM to a moderator. I've PB'd a couple of moderators without success.

Would anyone be so kind to disable 2FA for my account pretty please?

I found some older post from people who 2FA disabled by the help of an admin... but times change I guess :-(

I'm already using teamviewer for a few years with another account now, is it possible to delete my account linked to [removed by moderator] please? Since I'm unable to use it and you and your colleague's can restore my access.
