My app keeps stopping and every time I try to connect, it keeps spinning until it times out. this has become a DAILY occurrence. can someone please fix this problem. My daughter works and this is my way to track her...My daughter is a special needs child.

So can someone please fix this issue for me. I was recommended to your app. it started out great. But now, this is a daily issue. Thank you so much

    Thank you for your message.

    Can you please make sure to have the latest version of TeamViewer installed on both ends?

    Please restart the TeamViewer service on your PC from the "Service" app.

    To which device and operating system are you trying to connect?
