Is it possible during a meeting to take control (mouse and keyboard) of the computer of one of the participants as it is done with the remote control option?
Hello @dmaille,
I am very sorry for the confusion here. Currently, this feature is not available.
It will be added back for licensed users before March of this year.
Please find our announcement here.
Hello Jeank,
Thank you for your answer, we do have a license but I don't see how to activate remote control in a meeting.
I can assign the role of presenter to a participant, and thus see their screen, but I cannot then manipulate the mouse, and the keyboard!
Currently, it is possible to enable remote control within a meeting.
However, this feature is only available for licensed TeamViewer accounts.
