This is disappointing. A simple change of email has so far taken me 20 minutes without success.
I have just changed my email on my profile. It emailed the e-mail validation token (eventually) which I clicked and it said token was invalid. Then I got another email validation and it's token was also invalid. So I went back and tried to change the email again and it said email is already in use.
So i searched the Community page and was told "There was an error - Verification failed" (even though I was logged in under my original email.
The other support options are only for paid licences I assume as if I click on them I gent sent back to this community support page.
Even in this forum there is no option of category that covers account or profile questions.
So how do I contact TeamViewer to get them to allow my email to be changed?
