REACH API - necessary licese

Hi, guys.

We have following use case. On workstations for whom we would like to provide remote support, we will add TeamViewer application. We would like to add to our internal management portal feature where technician can just click and connect to computer to provide support, without need to ask someone for dynamic password (we do not want to have static passwords configured).

Based on how we understood your documentation the correct approach is use of REACH API, Here are the questions now:

  • Is REACH API correct approach for our use case?
  • Do we need to be TeamViewer partners in order to use REACH API?
  • Where can we find VendorExampleApp that is referenced in your documentation?

    You do not need API access, Just enable Easy Access.
