Recovery Code Not Working To Disable Two Factor Authorization

I have multiple computers. Consequently, I have a different Teamviewer Account per each. On one of them, in order to login, an employee sat up two factor authorization, but I'm not getting a security code that work w/ my authenticator app (I've tried several; all have failed). Thus, I moved on to trying to recover that account w/ the recovery code. Unfortunately, it's not working either.

Please help me recover my account!

I will provide whatever necessary information (that's possible) to verify my account. My email I use on that one bears my name as listed on my Driver's License. I can an email you an image of that & we can reset that account back to scratch & proceed from there.
