I have deleted my TeamViewer account, the subscription should be cancelled as well? How could an notification comes regarding the payment.

Unfortunately, deleting your TeamViewer account doesn't mean your subscription has been canceled successfully. Cancellation requests must be received in written form, which is easiest via the ticket system. You can call our support team regarding cancellation since you have deleted your account. Regarding TeamViewer subscriptions, the license does renew unless canceled prior, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Subscription-renewal/ta-p/65605.
