    I'm getting the error

    TeamViewer Free does not allow connections to customized TeamViewer clients with your own company logo. Please use the basic QuickSupport or the full version.

    This session will be terminated after 5 minutes.

    this is free use, supporting my folks remotely through the pandemic. how can i reset the license type remotely without removing and reinstalling teamviewer?

    The customized TeamViewer client is only for a paid license customers. Therefore, as the message mentioned, please download either Quick Support for TeamViewer full version from our website in order to use a free version: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/

    Unfortunately, there are no other ways to solve this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Hope this information will be helpful.
