The customized TeamViewer client is only for a paid license customers. Therefore, as the message mentioned, please download either Quick Support for TeamViewer full version from our website in order to use a free version: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/

this is free use, supporting my folks remotely through the pandemic. how can i reset the license type remotely without removing and reinstalling teamviewer?
