Dear all,
I've a question about TeamViewer host requesting help button.
When I tried to click on it, nothing is happening. The button seems disabled.
I tried to reinstall TeamViewer Host several time but without success.
In the Design & Deploy page, "Allow customer to initiate a service case" is checked to a group and the default assignee is "Unassigned".
Everything works perfectly (Automatically add computer in a group, colors, logos, ...).
