Taskmanager freezes the session

Hi,

I have noticed on several users when supporting via TeamViewer, I open Task manager the sessions freezes. I close, reconnect and if the user didn't closes the task manager by then, I rejoin a frozen session.. I wanted to open the "More options" to see sub programs.

And the CTRL+ALT+DEL is greyed out. Don't know if that's related.

Does any one know a fix or workaround? - premium license, version 15.14.5
