Team viewer disconnecting from the user

Hi, support,

We have 2 accounts in the team viewer.

We have an issue that it's often disconnecting from the user on each account for all the users that are using the team viewer. we have 10 users that can use it at the same time on one account, and each one disconnecting like once a week without any reason,

Is it possible somehow to check why it's happening or what can cause it?
