Why do I need a password from one of my devices when I have granted easy access to my account?

I have a business account and have granted easy access on the device I want to access remotely from two other devices. All are authorized, but I can only use the easy access from one device. The other one requires me to use a password even though it's still my same account. I can't see how to fix this.
