Hello, I have licence on account, alos it is active in Customer Portal.
But for some reason when I login in Team Viewer application on PC my license is trial.
We have exactly the same problem. Our version 13 installations suddenly start to think they are Trials, even when the license is shown in the settings.
Teamviewer seems to be doing everything it can to force long-time users into the subscription model and to break everything else as well.
First the suddenly appearing advertising without opt-in, then the connection problems with allegedly missing licenses and now this...
We will not subscribe to services that we don't need at all and we will turn our backs on Teamviewer.
They also broke the MSI deployment by making numerous changes.
