Thanks again for your help. I had a full screen a couple days ago when this condition just started happening. Ii just got a new computer with new monitors in December of 2020. I can't say anything about a bug.

@Michael_Ves This means that TeamViewer can only capture one resolution on your remote screen.

This might be the case if:

there is no screen plugged in the remote computer
the screen on the remote computer is very old
there is an issue/bug with the remote screen

Thanks for responding JeanK . When I try to access the other resolutions from the pull down menu, there is no pull down.

You can change the resolution of the partner's screen within the TeamViewer toolbar:
