Hi,

My partner have TV 13.2.36215, im trying to connect from 13.2.36221

Then we got an info remote is running an old version which is out of date.

Im trying from newest version (15.x), older version (12.x) but always the same error occured.

Why?

Thanks for your feedback. As long as he has not v15 on his device, you can´t connect to his device. He will need to update to v15 first.

I tried to connect to him using TV15 simply downloaded from site, by run without installation with the same result. So there is no chance to connect to him without licenced version?

Hi there - connections to versions outside of TeamViewer 15 requires a license. That´s the reason 🙌

In case you have a license on your account: Simply log in to it and you can connect again to v13.

If you do not have a license, your connection partner needs to update to v15 for you to be able to connect!
