TeamViewer Free Version for Private People - Adding contacts help

I have just signed up for the private free version of TeamViewer.

I want to use it purely to keep contact with my family in the UK and The Netherlands.

I do not want to have access to their devices. Just want to chat with us by video.

How do I set up my family so that they can link up if I call for a family chat please?
