All, in the Philippines, some ISPs have a public DHCP server giving out private IP addresses to customers and double-natting. So that means that an unattended remote support is potentially problematic. How does TeamViewer address this? **Third Party Product**, for reference, has a client on the target PC which uses a heartbeat function to inform their servers what the path is at any time.
