Started as a free user. I have an email account and a password. When I enter my credentials in Sign In section I get a ""The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record" message. What can I do for the system to accept my login?
OK. This is now very embarassing. I had a typo in my email-address.
I do have the exact same problem :(
