When i invite a user for support using Connection Menu and Invite parternet the URL that goes in automatically always fails to download for various customers. They receive a "Fail-Network Error" in chrome. If they manually go to downloads page it always works. THis is the URL. http://connect.teamviewer.com/v12 . Not to mention it takes them to the main page of teamviewer where there is a download button and then they download the wrong version too. TV team needs to fix this. Been happening for a while. Do they not use their own product
