Firewall prompts from teamviewer_service.exe

For the last couple of months, every time I switch on a wi-fi connected device (wireless printer, Android tablet or phone, on my Windows 10 laptop with Teamviewer 12 installed, my Vipre Internet Security firewall pops up a prompt to allow or block a connection from teamviewer_service.exe on my local network. Teamviewer is not running on the laptop when this happens, just installed.

The phone and the tablet do have Teamviewer for Android installed, but not running, and I can see no earthly reason why a printer would trigger the same prompt.

Any suggestions for isolating or resolving the problem would be appreciated.
