Unable to run teamviewer 15.15.5 on Windows 7

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Teamviewer.exe and TeamViewer_Service.exe processes are running.

But there is no icon in the tray and no GUI.

Reinstall and restart do not help.

How to run Teamviewer?
