sent email = lost email?

trying to add a PC for remote since it has a busted screen.
but every time i try to log into it on teamviewer app (or in browser), it tells me i need to add it to trusted devices, which is what i'm trying to do. tells me it sent an email for confimation, but the email never arrives. yes i checked all my email folders.
what to do?

- In the search box, click the Down arrow .
- Click the All Mail drop down, then select Mail & Spam & Trash.
- Enter some information that's in the missing email.
- At the bottom of the box, click Search

I'm having the same problem. The "trusted device" email never arrives. My only solution was to get a new email address (thank you Gmail!) and set up a new TeamViewer account with that email address. With the new account, I get the "trusted device" emails.
It seems lots of people have the same issue. I wish the TeamViewer folk would look into this and come up with a solution.
