I purchased the meeting 100 but it has not been updated to my account, it says only free. What do I do?

Please confirm that you have followed the below steps?

Clicked on the license activation link in your order confirmation email
Created a Teamviewer Meeting account or entered your existing username and password.
When logged into the Management console, clicked on "CONNECT AND ACTIVATE LICENSE'
Logged into the Meeting client/application with your meeting Teamviewer account
