License update

Hi,

I purchased the meeting 100 but it has not been updated to my account, it says only free. What do I do?

Hello @Azipod1

Please confirm that you have followed the below steps?

1. Clicked on the license activation link in your order confirmation email
2. Created a Teamviewer Meeting account or entered your existing username and password.
3. When logged into the Management console, clicked on "CONNECT AND ACTIVATE LICENSE'
4. Logged into the Meeting client/application with your meeting Teamviewer account
