NEED HELPPPPP with connecting

Please please please,

Can i contact somebody who could help me to solve my problem, to connect to my work computer TODAY. I've spent all day today trying to connect but it still gives me note that session is stoped. I payed all 200 eu today. As i understand you have to unblock my user so i would start to work with teamviewer TONIGHT. I dont get much help just to solve this issue. I need to know if i'll be able to work tonight and if i can work tomorrow from the house or should i cansel this plan with the teamviewer while i can

    Did you activate your license? Please read and follow the steps here:

    Alena help me please again :( teamviewer kept sending me to pay invoice but with my invoice number it was saying that something went wrong and that there are no invoices for this number, so i never could pay and still CAN"T , so teamviewer stoped working


    it says its payed


    i cant work it out how to get in contact with somebody who could help me and cant submit a ticket
