Port Blocking and Cradlepoint

I am running TeamViewer on kiosks that are using Cradlepoint IBR600. Trying to figure out if my ports are open. Currently I am trying to use telnet butam unsure if I should use the cradlepoints gateway or the gateway that the cradlepoint uses.

Cradlepoint supplies ip address to kiosk. ie 10.220.221.1. Cradlepoint picks up its IP address from wifi access point 192.168.1.1.

Currently I am typing telnet open 192.168.1.1 443. This is not open.

Is this correct?
