IP adress problem

Hello,

I'm connected to internet with my smartphone with this shared public IP 37.169.62.186. All smartphones of my provider are connected with this IP. Since yesterday TeamViewer connections are closed after 1 minute. My provider is Free in France. I can't any more use TeamViewer and I don't have the possibility to access to internet by another way. Do somebody know how to stop blocking this IP?
