my expiry account in 18 November 2021 & now showing expiry?!

Dear Support,

Kindly find attached file of the payment invoice and at the same time it suppose to expiry in 18 November 2021 but now and suddenly my account its showing Trial version expiry ?!

Please I need your support urgently because our work depending on these connection.
