Bug under Linux

It seems that for non licensed users it is no more possible to open a ticket. Then I try to signal here my problem.

I am an old user of Teamviewer remote control for my personal use and I have a problem after the update to the last release. I work behind Proton VPN and teamviewer work fine under windows 7. But under Kubuntu or Kali It doesn't connect after started the VPN connection; if I disconnect from VPN, then all work fine.

I hope somebody can help me to fix this problem.
