I'm trying to view the log files by hitting Extras, Open Log Files... but when I do it tells me I need to log into an admin account. When I do log in, Teamviewer isn't running and I can't launch it. When I hit the icon from the Dock, another instance of Teamviewer opens right next to it. It's not running in the top toolbar on the iMac, and when I open Launchpad, and then try to launch Teamviewer that way I still get nothing. So How does one view the log files in this situation?
