Dear Community, I always have configured unattended access for teamviewer clients in order to always have the possibility to remotely login to the clients of my colleagues. We purchased teamviewer version 15 some months ago and I'm noticing that clients with this new version, installed in the same way of them with the old version, have more problems to stay online.
When the user is not logged in, the teamviewer is offline; if I reboot, the clients is offline till the user logged in again. More than one time, when people ask me for support, the teamviewer is offline and I have to ask to my colleagues to start manually teamviewer...
Could someone help me? Maybe with this new version the procedure to follow is changed? But, where I should find the instruction to configure teamviewer correctly?
