activated licence but software still says free

Hi,

I purchased a commercial licence yesterday (I already have an account)

I successfully activated the licence.

But my remote machine and account on the machine still says I'm running on free licence.

I signed out then sign in again.

I close and restarted the app.

I even restarted the machine.

No luck.

Please help. I need it to work ASAP.
