How can i unsubscribe?

i havent used teamviewer for a long time and i thought they will terminate my account if i didnt pay the next billing,but instead they sent me a debt collector email to ask me for money.

Please tell me how can i unsubscribe the plan.i dont like these kind of business to deal with anyway.better find another platform
