I received a letter in my mail today claiming Debist GmbH is collecting [removed per Community Guidelines] euros from me in name of TeamViewer Germany GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73233 Goeppingen I have no subscription, I have no payment methods added for TeamViewer, I want this resolved asap.

I have activated my licence, but still says FREE
Can someone help me with this? I have paid for a year's use of TeamViewer, activated it as per the email, and it still states I have a free licence, which is not the case. I have 3 remote machines that I need to sort out, but cannot due to this. Thanks.

I renewed my licenses today. I received mail about order confirmation but I cannot have access to use features. When I log in, the program do not show my subscrition. It says upgrade your plan. How can I solve this problem?
