Expected time to cancel a subscription

I've created a support ticket to cancel our companies TeamViewer subscription two days ago but have not received any response and the ticket is still in the Being Processed status.

How long does this normally take?

It already seems odd that we need to submit a ticket to cancel a subscription and it's even more odd that it seems like this ticket is being ignored. To be honest I feel as though you're trying to make it difficult and long to cancel the subscription in the hope that it auto-renews.
