Hello, last year I made an annual subscription to teamviewer and I entered the work email as the account email address. Having changed jobs, probably the notice of the automatic renewal arrived on that email but I did not have the opportunity to read it and notice it and therefore I saw the 424 euros of the annual subscription credited. I no longer need it as a program since I used it for work. Is a refund possible since I do not intend to use this year? How can I cancel my subscription? I look forward to your kind reply.
