Two Factor Deactivation - where would the code be...?

is there anyway to request a new code to deactivate two factor, I can not find my pice of paper and without it I can not get back into my main account, as I had activated it for security reasons on my main systems... but I am now stuck as my phone screen is smashed insurance is taking too long, and I can not see my authenticator app..

please help as I HAVE EXSUASETED my inbox search.....
