How to add external account for email notification. do it need any more subscription to be purchased

Hi,

We have purchased the Monitoring & Asset Management for 10 Endpoints. Trying to add external and some same domain address for notification purpose. It is not allowing us to add the external or same domain address.

Do it required to purchase another subscription as well to add new account for email notification ?

Can anyone help please.
