teamviewerd: cannot execute binary file: Erreur de format pour exec()

I use SalixOS 14.2. I tried the official package, which is the V11. I got a similar error.

Then I installed the package teamviewer-bin-15.15.5-x86_64-1cf found on https://slackware.pkgs.org. I got the error given in the subject of the question.

Could you help me to solve the problem?
