So i have the samsung s10 and teamviewer host used to work well

Teamviewer host was working fine on s10 until the samsung march update now it works but when i click and app on the phone it presses 2 apps below it cant press BACK or O to return to home screen its just useless unistalled reinstalled same also its happened on my friends s10+ So frustrating don`t know what to do factory reset but as soon as samsung updates its useless again its not android update its samsung update really would like some help not sure what to do can`t turn samsung updates off advice please thank you in advance

I have the exact same Problem on a S10+, though Quicksupport works well on s10.
