my account is disabled because I was working in a company and I used my personal email to create an account in TeamViewer and my company activated my account when I leave the company they disabled my account so i want to use my account without a license what should i do

    Hello @moshtaq,

    You can either:

    1) Contact the company and ask them to enable the account and to remove your account from their company profile

    or

    2) Create a new TeamViewer account

    @moshtaq If you want to use the same e-mail, you need to contact the company and ask them to enable the account and to remove your account from their company profile.

    Once this is done, the account will be available again and you will be able to use it.
