Need LAN only info

Hello,

I'm looking to use the LAN only option on a number of pc's with no internet access.

I would like to be able to connect one way only. IE, My pc can connect to any pc, but the remote pc's cannot connect to any other pc.

I would also like to know how TV does LAN only, I know you can connect by the IP address of remote pc, but can I set a password on the remote that will not change and cannot be seen from the remote pc's local users?

I also need to be able to remote into the remote pc's without logging local users off, I'm guessing that's no problem since that's how TV works over the internet.

Is this possible?
