Unable to submit a ticket

I would like to submit a support ticket but only get routed to the TeamViewer Community. I understand that this is where you're sent when your account is not linked to a valid TeamViewer license, but as an annual subscriber do I not have a valid license? What am I doing wrong?

If your license is correctly activated on your TeamViewer account, you should be able to open a ticket via the following link:

I'm having the same issue. The above link isn't getting me anywhere. I need to enter a ticket for tax exemption status.
