I don't recieve activation email!

I've asked for activation email, but have received nothing. It's not in spam folder. Could someone help?

We have purchased a corporate licence 2 days ago. The company that bought it for us sent us the following information:

Purchase Order: **Information removed as per Community Guidelines**

Account ID: **Information removed as per Community Guidelines**
