How to resize and move the screen in the phone?

I am using a LG dual screen. I was hoping that I can place the screen on the the second screen while the keyboard on the main screen. Since it is not natively supported by LG. So I use wide mode which Apps see two screen as a whole big screen, then the PC screen was in the middle of two screen and is cut by the border. Is there any way to resize the screen so I can move it to the up half part of the big screen which is the second screen?
