I'm currently working on a project documentation for my school exam in Germany and I need to describe how remote support tools like Teamviewer work. Would anybody of you be able to point me in the right direction for a highlevel drawing and documentation regarding teamviewer or other remote support tools. I'm not looking for the question how to use the software - I'm more interested in the the backend functionality...how does the communication between host and guest work, how is it initiated and how e.g. encrypted, what kind of prtocols are used...
