I continually get prompted to validated my user account and I choose to send via email. I never receive the email from TeamViewer. I also specified a different email and I never receive it either. When I check mail logs from our exchange log, i don't see any connections from teamviewer trying to sent via smtp nor any mail packets from teamviewer. Is there anything else that can be done to validate my account? Or can I use my account unvalidated indefinitely?
