Hi - I'm using the Windows app to remotely view an iPad (running the QuickSupport app) to help an elderly parent. Their screen is displaying rotated 90 degrees in the Windows app on my end. There are rotate buttons directly underneath the shared screen (see red arrows in pic below). They used to work and allowed me to rotate the image on my end, but they no longer do anything when pressed. Any idea what happened? Note that this problem coincided with my successfully getting unblocked from the "commercial use suspected" error. After that was resolved, that's when this problem occurred.
The remote iPad is being used in landscape mode, and the windows app appears to also be in landscape mode, but the screen still appears 90 degrees off. Rotate lock is disabled on the remote iPad and I'm positive they're using it in landscape mode.
Any ideas? Thanks!
