Web Monitoring - Shows Fee Account When A Paid User

We signed up for a paid web monitoring account a few months ago. When logged in, the profile shows as Free. We asked the sales rep to resend the activation code and when clicked, we received the message, "This Web Monitoring license has already been activated on your TeamViewer account." We do not understand why it states Free and are concerned paid features may not be enabled. Please advise. Thanks!

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!

    If you are referring to the FREE below your name in the Management Console or TeamViewer when you log in, please know this specifically refers to the license for Remote Control.

    You can verify the licenses currently activated to your account in the Profile settings of the Management Console:

    1. log into the Management Console - https://www.login.TeamViewer.com
    2. click your name in the upper right corner, then EDIT PROFILE
    3. You will see the licenses activated to your account here

    That looks how it should!

    The FREE only pertains to remote connections using TeamViewer.

    Your Web Monitor license looks good to go!
