Send a request for password reset, but do not get e-mail?

I am trying to help a friend reset his paaword. We get to the point where yo ask for a "password reset" , we click and add his e-mail, but never receive an e-mail from Teamviewer.

Are you sure that the person has an account?

Could you please try to create an account under this specific e-mail?
